Processing Time
On average orders take about 3-5 business days to process. This time may increase during sales and holidays. If you need your product sooner please send me a message and I will do my best!
Estimated Shipping Times
Individual items will be shipped USPS First Class (2-8 days).
Gift Sets and orders of 4 or more products will ship USPS Priority (1-3 days).
Upgraded shipping is available upon request!
I cannot guarantee shipping times and am not responsible for any shipping delays. However, if your product is delayed please reach out and I will do my best to help!
Damaged Product
I put a lot of care into packaging your order so it arrives in perfect condition! However, if it appears that something was damaged during transit, please let me know right away. I ask that you send a picture of the product as well as the box/packaging it was shipped in. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so we can start working on a solution!
Lost or Stolen Package
Soulistic Root is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customer's responsibility to contact the post office. I will do everything on my end to help but ultimately the post office is who makes the magic happen.
